Assassination attempt against Robert Fico
...and Antony Blinken's performance in Kiev last night, with Maria Zakharova's witty remark and Dimitry Polansky's derogatory comment.
Slovakia, a country member of NATO and of the European Union (EU), is taking the limelight today (15th May 2024): its Prime Minister (PM), Robert Fico, has been shot in the stomach while meeting with supporters in Handlova, as reported by The Independent that is running a live on the event.
As of this writing, Robert Fico is in life-threatening conditions and has been brought to a hospital in the Slovak capital, Bratislava, by helicopter, while a 71-year-old man has been detained at the scene and is in police custody.
Robert Fico is described by The Independent and several other western media as Putin’s ally/friend because, after winning parliamentary elections in September 2023, he stopped military aid to Ukraine and proposed peace negotiations with Russia, he has opposed EU sanctions on Russia and Ukraine joining NATO, he has adopted a tough stance against migration and non-governmental organizations… in short, he is pursuing a sovereign foreign policy, as promised during his election campaign, instead of following the diktats coming from the Outlaw US Empire, NATO and EU… and now he is paying the price of it, of course.
Also, it is worth noting that, as reported by The Independent, the “shooting in Slovakia comes three weeks ahead of European Parliament (EP) elections, in which populist and hard-right parties in the 27-nation bloc appear poised to make gains”. What does it mean? In practice, with this shooting, most likely a covert operation organized by the CIA, the Outlaw US Empire has sent a powerful message to whoever gets elected in the next elections (not just for the EP): “Beware! If you do not follow our orders and, instead, dare to go against them, we will get rid of you one way or another!”. That’s probably how they keep all European leaders by the balls, e.g. German chancellor Olaf Scholz, who had to swallow the sabotage of Nord Stream pipelines, and Italian PM Giorgia Meloni, who, like Robert Fico, pursued a sovereign foreign policy during her election campaign, only to turn it upside down once elected.
It is also interesting to observe that nobody has ever attempted to kill prominent politicians in other European and NATO countries, such as France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland, etc., despite protests from farmers, lorry drivers, students, etc. on various issues. Isn’t it curious?
On a side note, you may have seen the video above of Antony Blinken, Secretary of State of the Outlaw US Empire, playing the guitar and singing Neil Young's “Rockin' in the Free World” (see this link for the lyrics) in a basement bar in Kiev (Ukraine) last night, while Ukrainians are dying on the frontline. Today Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, released the following statement on her Telegram channel, together with the video above:
Since last night, footage of the US Secretary of State's speech in the basement of the Kiev drinking establishment “BartenderDiktat” has been circulating on social networks through the efforts of leading American and British media.
The video shows Anthony Blinken giving a nod and shaking his head approvingly at a phrase from the song:
“A lot of people say they'd rather be dead... I don't feel like Satan, but to them, that's exactly what I am”. [Neil Young's reference to Ayatollah Khomeini's proclamation that the Outlaw US Empire is the “Great Satan”]
What's that? Satan's visit to Kiev to check the rhythmicity of human sacrifices to the American golden calf.
It is noteworthy that Blinken's much-loved composition “Rockin' in the Free World” by Neil Young was, among other things, a sharp criticism of the activities of the George Bush Sr. administration.
Bush Sr. then assured in his campaign promises that he would make America a “kinder and gentler nation”. Neil Young, on the other hand, mocks this and other slogans in “Rockin' in the Free World”: “Now we have kinder and gentler machine guns”.
It's hard not to see how this echoes Zelensky and his promises to bring peace to Ukraine, which in fact turned into a bloody conflict against his own people. And the Americans with their ‘kind and gentle machine guns’ are, of course, helping him a lot in this.
To be honest, I don't know if Blinken chose the repertoire on purpose or if the devil's nature took over. But the fact that the song in Ukraine has been sung and sung by someone who doesn't feel like Satan, but is perceived that way by many, is now a fait accompli.
The First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, also released the following statement commenting Antony Blinken’s performance in Kiev:
Blinken's speech in a Kiev music club is, among other things, a shot in the arm compared to the arguments that Westerners promote about the terrible living conditions in Ukraine due to the ‘barbaric Russian bombing’ (we heard about this at today's Security Council meeting).
Life for Ukrainians is unbearable, you say? No light, ruins everywhere? However, there is a music club, the lights are on, people are resting... and an American diplomat in Kiev found a pizzeria!
Do pizzerias work in Gaza? What about music clubs? And why aren't meetings being held in Gaza and arms being supplied to Israel? These are the questions that are likely to arise to those who have not yet forgotten how to think. And in America, thank God, there are still many such people.
UPDATE (16/05/2024): Just a minor update to add a recommended reading about the assassination attempt of Robert Fico: this article from Strategic Culture Foundation is really worth your time, as it adds another motive for NATO to kill him.
Curious? Go and check it out, I will not spoil it!
A totally random, un predictable shooting, just like Olof Palme.
»It is also interesting to observe that nobody has ever attempted to kill prominent politicians in other European and NATO countries, such as France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland, etc., despite protests from farmers, lorry drivers, students, etc. on various issues.«
They're all obedient servants to the supranational, global-capitalist empire. So why would they kill them?
PS: And they've all got their pants full and so much dirt on them that they'd rather be good puppets than put themselves on the hit list.
PPS: Blinken on guitar sucks!!!
