Houthis sink a British cargo ship and down a US MQ-9 Reaper drone!

In the last 24 hours or so, quite a few interesting events have happened in the Middle East, however you may not have heard/read about them in MSM. Hence this article.
Let’s start with RUBYMAR. This is a Belize-flagged, British-registered cargo ship that was transiting the Gulf of Aden, when this morning the Yemeni Armed Forces reported that they hit it with several anti-ship missiles. The “funny” thing about it is that, according to The Guardian…
The security company LSS-SAPU said the vessel was struck astern on Sunday, although there was nothing flammable onboard.
Yet, according to Yemeni sources to Al Mayadeen, the ship was carrying ammonia, which would explain the “catastrophic damages” mentioned by the Houthi military spokesperson, Yahya Saree, who has recently added that the ship has now sunk. As far as I am aware, this would be the first sinking accomplished by the Houthis since they started the blockade of the Bab-el-Mandeb strait for ships with ties to Israel, US and UK, quite a remarkable achievement, especially if you consider that US and some of its allies are running Operation Prosperity Guardian, allegedly to protect shipping. Well… I would say that this operation is becoming an utter failure. Maybe this is why the EU has announced today a new maritime security operation, called ASPIDES, in the Red Sea. I am pretty sure that it will not make any difference. I mean: if American and British warships were not successful in deterring and stopping Houthis attacks, what do you expect from the European navy?
There would be a very simple and effective solution to the standoff in the Red Sea: stop arming Israel and the genocide in Gaza. This is the only demand by the Houthis to the Western governments, but unfortunately they prefer supporting the carnage in Palestine. Yet, you have probably read in MSM, such as the Wall Street Journal, that “U.S. Plans to Send Weapons to Israel Amid Biden Push for Cease-Fire Deal”. How can Joe Biden push for a ceasefire, while sending weapons to Israel at the same time?
The sheer hypocrisy of the White House becomes more and more unbelievable every day: they mourn one person (Navalny) who died in prison in Russia, blaming Putin for it (though most likely he was killed by the Brits, as Gilbert Doctorow explains here and here), but concurrently they cannot shed a tear for the Palestinians, being mauled every day by Israel with their weapons and munitions, and stop the genocide. In fact, the US has even announced that they will veto the UNSC resolution proposed by Algeria for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, as reported by Al Mayadeen.
As if RUBYMAR was not enough, two US-owned ships, the "Sea Champion" and "Navis Fortuna" bulk carriers, have been hit too, as reported by Al Mayadeen.
Not only that, but even a $32 million military MQ-9 Reaper drone was downed by the Houthis over Hodeidah (Yemen), as reported in the same article linked above and also by Fox News. By the way, this is the third American high-tech MQ-9 Reaper drone downed by the Houthis since 7 October 2023. The US is being humiliated not only in Ukraine by the Russians, who have recently liberated Avdeevka from the Ukronazis, but also in the Middle East by the Houthis. Of course, this piece of news is being hidden by the MSM, as it would be quite embarrassing for NATO countries.
