But I would point out that the first one continues to assume inevitable eternal universality of complete economic and political centralization and standardization by referring only to redistribution across a single unitary system and not wondering 1) if it has always been this way (it turns out that it verifiable has not always been this way) and 2) whether redundancy and diffusion could be reintroduced to restore people's political and economic agency
