there will never be peace between Israel and Palestine. Israel doesn't want peace. It wants Palestine. Its a completely diseased ideology that would lead the world in the worst direction possible. We're on that trajectory now and the Axis of Resistance is guiding us away from it. Viva La Resistance

In my humble opinion, there can be peace between Israel and Palestine or, more correctly, between Jews and Palestinians, but only if all the Zionists like Netanyahu, Gallant, Ben-Gvir and Smotrich are eradicated from the region.

Hi Ismaele - sadly I don't agree. Israel will never change. It has to be called Palestine and the Palestinians in charge. They can choose which Israelis are allowed to stay and which need to be deported.

Please mind that before the establishment of the British Mandate for Palestine, Muslims, Jews and Christians were peacefully living together. It was the settlement of Zionists in Palestine, following the Balfour declaration, that started the crisis that is still ongoing today. Hence, if all Zionists are completely eradicated from the region, I think we can see again peaceful coexistence of Palestinians and Israelis, but, as you said, it should be left up to them to decide how to live together: one state, two states, etc.

Hi Ismaele - even the very word Israeli is so polluted it can't stay - I totally agree that its the zionists but 89% of the population of Isreal is rabid zionist. Why not just do this right ? get rid of this horrible thing called Israel and give the land back to the Palestinians and they can decide from there. They've always let Jews stay in Palestine. Just fix this horrible crime that was committed with no right to give any land in the ME away - the Balfour Declaration. the Palestinians have proved over thousands of years that they are the only good custodians of the Holy Land. They cared for it for millennia and then these European and Russian thugs came and now look at it. That's my opinion. It ain't ever gonna change. But thanks for articles. I always read them.

Agreed. There is zero chance of peace until Zionists are removed. Any Jew who is not a Zionist who wishes to remain in Palestine will have to: 1) agree to live peacefully, and 2) purchase their property in a regular real estate transaction from a Palestinian with title to the property or from someone who has.

And at this point I doubt too many Jews will want to remain in Palestine because the Palestinians would have to be saints to allow it after what has happened. Even those Jews who opposed the persecution of the Palestinians, and there were many, probably won't feel comfortable remaining there. That's unfortunate for them, but it is what it is.

completely agree - there is a small percentage of the Jewish population in Israel that will be happy to stay and live peacefully with the dear Palestinians. But only if the Palestinians say okay. It's their government. From the river to the sea

it is nice to see some of those in israel who are not seeking war, but instead peace... it means we can't stigmatize everyone in israel with the same brush.. in fact, there are opposing forces in israel and they need to be supported for the good work they are trying to do... whether any of it is realizable - it doesn't look promising and here is why i think this..

in the past number of years israel has politically moved more to the 'right' and perhaps far right in trying to answer their ongoing views with violence and worse... unless things change in a political direction more supportive of peace, as opposed to war - i don't see these people mentioned as having much of any influence directly inside israel.. they are being more and more sidelined and worse... i wish this was different, but i have been following the politics which does have a lot to say why netanyahu is having to hold power with an increasingly intolerant far right group of politicians that have been elected to represent this more fanatical group... unless the direction of that changes - i think israel is in a very difficult situation here... international pressure has to be exerted on them to stop what they are doing and it is not obvious, especially with the usa-uk signing onto all of what they are doing here - genocide essentially..

thanks ismaele..

Both sides must want peace, clearly Israel doesn't.

As I like to say when people propose "pie-in-the-sky" solutions to problems: "That Ain't Gonna Happen."

I can't even find out what this "International Peace Coalition" is other than it appears to be associated with the Larouche Organization and something called the "Schiller Institute". Wikipedia says this (in part):

QUOTE

Helga Zepp-LaRouche (born 25 August 1948) is a German political activist. She is the widow of American political activist Lyndon LaRouche, and the founder of the LaRouche movement's Schiller Institute,[1] as well as the German Bürgerrechtsbewegung Solidarität party (BüSo) (Civil Rights Movement Solidarity).

She has run for political office several times in Germany, representing small parties founded by the LaRouche movement, but has never been elected.

END QUOTE

I think it's safe to say that it has zero influence on either the US or Israel - in fact, not even Germany - in comparison with the economic and religious realities of both countries as I outlined in my recent Substack articles explaining why a Middle East war is inevitable.
