I think we can replace the concept of 'plausible deniability' with 'implausible deniability.' Today's official narrative on anything coming from the USA (and their satraps) is about as convincing as a 5 year old who denies raiding the cookie jar while covered in crumbs.
As for Germany, the similarity to the Weimar Republic just jumps out at you. The only difference this time is they aren't a threat to anyone but themselves.
The more sensible population of the world has no doubts about which country was the culprit in the execution of the Nordstream terrorist act.
