There have been very few "terrorist groups" over the last 60+ years which were not state sponsored/bankrolled. Quite a few were bankrolled by their putative "enemy" to perpetrate false flag attacks and enable policies and actions that the targeted populations would otherwise resist. CIA/Western controlled governments have been particularly fond of this tactic, too many instances to relate in Europe alone since WWII- Graham Green didn't know the half of it.
Wow. All those questions about why Germany is doing this have an easy answer: the United States. Germany is joined at the hip to the US neocon desire to destroy Iran and seize the oil, as are the rest of the EU states.
The farce of the JCPOA "negotiations" during Biden's first year are an example. Every day for a year at Antiwar.com I read that a deal was "almost there", and there was just a couple "minor details" to work out. Then the Iranians would say there was no deal because the two main reasons for the negotiations - removing the sanctions and the US guaranteeing it would not pull out again - had not been agreed to by the US.
For a YEAR or more, this went on, every single day. It was obvious that Biden's campaign promise to rejoin the JCPOA was an outright lie. But the Europeans kept holding out the promise to Iran, while at the same time complaining every time Iran moved further away from the restrictions imposed by the JCPOA deal. It was never acknowledged that under the deal it was Iran's right to withdraw from the deal "wholly or in part" if any other party withdrew. It was obvious that the entire purpose was to depict Iran as "recalcitrant" and a "violator" of the deal and thus trying to get a nuclear weapon - which was simply not the case.
Bottom line: No one in the West, and nothing the West does, can be trusted.

meanwhile "In Germany, the MEK used a NGO to "support asylum seekers and refugees". Another alleged organization collected funds for "children whose parents had been killed in Iran" in sealed and stamped boxes placed in city centers. According to the Nejat Society, in 1988, the Nuremberg MEK front organization was uncovered by police. Initially, The Greens supported these organizations while it was unaware of their purpose."
