We look forward with great hope and anticipation to the day when this resolution will be voted on in the United Nations General Assembly. Let us salute the merit of Malaysia, which has taken this step and whose proposed resolution will sound the death knell of this evil entity!
thanks ismaele - malaysia has an interesting history and relationship with israel... i discovered some of this while travelling to malaysia in 2016.. its a beautiful country and the people we met were equally beautiful... their long time leader - Mahathir Mohamad is quite a fascinating person.. at the time i was in malaysia i read an autobiography of his and thoroughly enjoyed it and benefited from reading it.. it's a big book! - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/10749266-a-doctor-in-the-house i eventually donated the book to a local book shop here where i live..
At first look, there is no way the UN can expel Israel from the UN due to Article 6, Chapter II of the United Nations Charter, which allows expulsion only after a "recommendation" from the UNSC. As is obvious to everyone, the US would veto any such "recommendation."
Apparently, however, there are "nuances" to this process. This is discussed with regard to the attempts to expel Russia from the UN over the Ukraine war. See here:
A U.N. Security Council Permanent Member’s De Facto Immunity From Article 6 Expulsion: Russia’s Fact or Fiction?

Can the Russian Federation be legally removed from the United Nations? The conventional wisdom says no. This post offers a basis for saying yes.
If that is true, there is the possibility, however remote, that Israel can be expelled. The question will then become - can either Russia or the US itself be removed? As the article suggests, this might be possible.
Personally I don't think Russia would actually care too much if it was, and I'm almost certain the US would not care. However, it is doubtful that most of the nations of the world, seeing how the Ukraine conflict unfolded and is continuing, and how the US has conducted the Gaza Genocide and how BRICS is developing with Russia's aid, are going to be particularly interested in expelling Russia from the UN.
The US, not so much.
As far as expelling Israel, I don't think it will happen. Given the ambiguity, as pointed out in the article above, about whether the UNGA can overrule the UNSC in such matters, it will probably have to be referred explicitly to the International Court of Justice - and that would probably mean months or years of deliberation and argument, just like the genocide case against Israel is going to take years.
So don't get your hopes up. The Axis of Resistance might well destroy Israel in the meantime, rendering it all moot.
I agree. I don't see either one being expelled. Unfortunately I doubt Israel will, either - but hopefully I'm wrong. However, in the end it really doesn't matter. What matters is destroying Israel and evicting the Zionists. UN expulsion is just a formality - unless someone can then make a case that passes a UNSC Resolution authorizing force against Israel or the UNGA passes a "United For Peace" Resolution authorizing force by member nations.
And even then, unless the Axis has Israel on the ropes already, none of the other countries will risk being nuked by joining in. Even Russia and China won't unless Iran is on the ropes or is nuked.
The UNGA wanted to expel it, but the "usual suspects" vetoed its expulsion at the UNSC, so the UNGA circumvented the veto by suspending South Africa. I expect that the same will happen with Israel.

I hope Malaysia is successful. It's well past time someone filed a resolution like this.
Say whatever you want, but Israel is clearly on the brink of a precipice! - great news and I would say the same thing for net
The Knesset cannibalism has begun😱.
Come together Muslim nations.
STOP your disputes.

I am sorry to report this......as much as I want Malaysia to succeed.
I have been there several times it is NOT a kind place to other religions.
BUT neither is the USA/Israel.

Russia expulsion or suspension? "That ain't going to happen", as you like to say! :) Russia has its back covered by lots of countries.
US expulsion or suspension? More likely, but I would not bet on it.

You are forgetting the precedent of South Africa: https://www.nytimes.com/1974/11/13/archives/south-africa-is-suspended-by-un-assembly-9122-un-session-barssouth.html

But that was a suspension, not an expulsion. I don't know the rules for that are the same.
